CLIMATE OF NEPAL Nepal's climate ranges from tropical in the lowlands to the arctic in the higher altitude. About 90% of the rain falls during the monsoon June to September.The temperature is varied place to place due to it's topography variation, The plain land of the Terai at some places only 80 meters from the sea level having a hot and humid climate, to as high as the highest point in the world, Mt. Everest (Sagarmatha) having typical sub tropical climate to an alpine climate. Generally
